Sketchy Massage Bungalows

Does anyone know what actually is up with these massage places on Richmond and Greenbriar? They seem to be falling apart and rarely do I ever see cars parked there. They look rather sketchy to me 😂💀 but hey I’m not really an expert on the sketchy massage market.
