Skating in Hell? Skating (Inline) Advice

So living in northeast Houston has proven to be difficult in finding indoor weekday places to safely skate. Anybody have some recommendations, so I can finally scratch this itch? Also: I know, I know just find a sidewalk and go, but my skin in the Texas sun says no 🙁
