Skanska sells 90% stake in Houston’s Bank of America Tower

Sweden-based developer Skanska has inked a deal to sell a majority stake in Bank of America Tower, which opened earlier this year in downtown Houston.

But it is not the same deal as was previously reported.

Skanska USA Commercial Development sold a 90 percent interest in the tower to an affiliate of Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners for $373 million, according to a press release. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019.
