Site seeing for a Bills fan the weekend of the game.

Booked my flights for next Thursday for our game (able to be refunded with 24 hours if it ends up not happening). My wife wants to make sure to do some site seeing as it will be our first time in Houston. We plan on doing the space center but didn't have any plans after that. Do you have any recommendations for this time of year?
