Single in your twenties in Houston

I have the opportunity to leave NJ and move to Houston for work. I’ve wanted to leave NJ for awhile. I am a 24 year old single female.. believe I will have a friend come with me and move as well. How is living in Houston in your 20s like? Anyone have any opinions or thoughts ,
