Single Game Ticket Price Question (better to wait?)

Howdy – some friends and I are planning on driving in to Houston to catch a game in early September (Yankees). I noticed that official Astros single-game tickets aren't available yet, website says sometime in June?

In terms of getting good value on decent tickets, is it worth waiting till the team releases these tix? Or just get them whenever from stubhub/vivid/etc? Just a little in the dark, I've never gotten MLB tickets more than like 2-3 weeks prior to a game.
