Singing lessons in west Houston?

I have a musical background, but zero vocal training. But I want to become a better singer, specifically in Pop and RnB style music (for example Bruno Mars, Jay Park/BTS style)

I've searched around on Google and a lot of the results look pretty sketchy.

Can anyone recommend a teacher that isn't too expensive? (≈under $100/lesson). I'm living out of Katy for now and the furthest I'd be willing to travel would probably be around Alief/Sharpstown/Spring Branch.
