SilverBow Resources officially rejects Kimmeridge takeover play, braces for proxy fight

Houston-based SilverBow Resources Inc. (NYSE: SBOW) has officially rejected asset manager Kimmeridge Energy Management Company LLC’s proposal to acquire it, adding that the company will not nominate the nominees put forth by Kimmeridge to its board of directors.
