Silly question – need specialized therapist

Hey y'all, I could use some help

I'm a Palestinian-American who immigrated to Texas a couple of years ago. During the recent conflict a significant portion of my family has been killed by airstrikes in Gaza. I'm dealing with an insane amount of guilt for not being there and I'm paralyzed just constantly checking my phone and messages hoping to hear from the surviving members of my family. My mental and physical health have declined to the lowest point in my life

Does anyone know any therapist that deal specialize in wartime casualties or at least survivors guilt? I know I need help and my wife is worried about me but I don't know if I can just go up to any regular therapist like "hey my entire family was murdered". I used the search function to no avail
