Signal Strength around town.

Which cell service has the strongest signal around the Champion Forest area or Willowbrook area. I have AT&T right now and it's so crappy. I just bought an LTE modem and I have the slowest speeds. Should I switch back to T-mobile? Verizon is way too high and I am unsure if it works well in this area.
