Sick stray kitties

Hello! Does anyone know of any cat rescues that take in stray cats who are sick. I know most rescues only offer assistance with trap neuter release programs and don't actually take in strays. I just moved to an apartment and found a stray cat, young, intact who appears to either have mange or an extremely bad yeast infection, in addition to having a bad eye infection in both eyes. I would take him inside in a heartbeat but I have cats and dogs of my own and can't risk their health unfortunately. I also can't in good conscience leave him to fend for himself. So if anyone knows any rescues or individuals please let me know!
