Sichuan chicken

I’m from austin and love authentic Chinese food, do y’all know any place that serves chicken like this. It’s called Sichuan dry stir fried chicken and has lots of chilis and Sichuan peppers and fried chicken. Im up in the woodlands but willing to travel into Houston for more authentic food.
