Should we even count on Cristian Javier playing a role next season?

With Luis Garcia’s slow recovery and even doubt of his return this season, is this what we can expect from Cristian Javier seeing as they both had Tommy John Surgery? I’m bummed out, Javier despite some recent struggles he had still is one of the most exciting pitchers in our rotation.
