Should I go with the 3mo or 12mo for electricity? Will prices fall later this year?

Currently paying Reliant a whopping 20c and would like to switch off ASAP. I’m having trouble deciding whether to go with the prepaid 3mo plan or 12mo.

For 3mo, I can switch if the prices come down in August. But idk if it will happen for certain and I heard Payless power is terrible (random high charges etc), so 12mo might be better if prices are gonna keep going up.

Does anyone know if prices will come down later this year?
