Should I get flood insurance if I’m in X zone?

Not from Houston but recently bought a home in Timbergrove, west of the Heights. It is not in a 500 or 100 yr flood zone. They call it X zone, so not really a flood zone. Should I still get flood insurance? My bank doesn’t require it. It will be about $570 a year.
