Should I get an Airbnb in H-town and job hunt or take a shot in the dark finding an apartment with a job lined up?

Hello people of Houston! I’m looking for advice on if before moving down to Houston I should get an airbnb and job hunt whilst looking for apartments, or should I get a job before moving down to Houston and get leased before the move. Also wondering if the job hunt would be easier while in the city. Some background on me in 20 years old, with not much job experience, just about over year of total experience from mostly warehouse jobs. I have $6000 in the bank. I am looking to live inside or close to the inner loop of Houston. Will it be tough for me to find a job in less than a month down in Houston? Since I currently live in WV. I do also use a Houston address when applying to places. I’m also looking to move out of my living situation ASAP as I heard renting prices do rise in march. Thanks!
