Should Houston implement a strict city sprawl boundary

So as we all know Houston metro sprawl is getting outta hand so do you support the city to establish boundaries where the city can’t sprawl any further like the green belt

A lot of cities like Portland etc have these in place and are successful Houston sprawl is destroying nature and farms and should be stopped
