Should/Can we make a Hit and Run subreddit to report and spread awareness?

There’s been an uptick in hit and runs I’ve seen on this subreddit and in general in the city. They’ve been just dents, total losses, hospital stays, to deadly accidents. I myself have had a hit and run incident where the dude has yet to be caught, because of some police/gas station corporate bureaucracy. There was hit and run post last week about that asshole at axelrad in his cringe ahh car and today someone made a post about losing a family member. The police doesn’t do anything and I’d like to believe that if there’s a subreddit, more could be done. I don’t want to live in a city where people can just get away this s**t. I’d also like to hear what the city of Houston and its officials could do to prevent these hit and run crimes.
