Shot in the dark—Looking for noodles similar to restaurants in San Antonio

This is a shot in the dark but does anyone know where I can get some Chinese noodle soup with lamb, specially with sweet potato glass noodles is the kicker because I can’t find them anywhere around me.

If y’all have been to Lucky Noodle or Kung Fu Noodle in San Antonio, anything similar around Houston?
