Short-term rental (2.5~3mo) near East Houston/Cloverleaf for visitor

Hey all, just was trying to get some advice/tips on finding short term rentals in East/NorthEast Houston over the summer for around two-ish months as I study a little bit in a community college. Most short term places online seem to be looking at at least a 3-6 month lease contract and AirBnB's are shared rooms/shared spaces and I would appreciate my own living area.

Duration: 2.5~3 mo (Early May –> Late July/Early August)

Budget: $850/mo

Location: Preferably East Houston near Cloverleaf
