Short-term / emergency in-home cat care?

Short-term / emergency cat care. I have a relative in Houston (inside the loop) who is in and out of the hospital and often needs someone to go to her apartment to feed and tend to her cats. They don't need any interaction just someone to make sure they have food and water and a reasonably clean litter box. Looking for recommendations. Thank you very much!
