Shops to visit for stuff so that I don’t break bank

Hey!

I recently moved to Richmond (close to Houston ig) and I wanted to know which shops to go for what.

Let me explain what I mean, let's take HEB as an example.
Till now, I've seen that HEB is best for fish, meat, and produce items (like fruits).
But they aren't saving me any money in terms of crockery.

So, when I ask "Shops to visit for stuff so that I don't break bank", I'm talking about where I'd get the best deals for items that fall into a specific category such as electronics, beauty products, utensils, crockery (pots and pans), stationary, cleaning products (stuff like Clorox and all).
