Shooting near La Carafe Downtown?

I noticed the street was blocked off this morning (Congress between Milam & Travis) and there were cops everywhere. My coworker said there was a shooting there but he is usually full of s**t.

Has anyone heard what happened? I didn't see anything in the news.
