Shepherd Alabama Bus Stop Mic

For the past few months or so every time I go by the bus stop on shepherd and Alabama I see a photo shoot or a video shoot where someone has suspended a microphone (like an old timey silver mic) from the roof of the bus stop, and someone’s singing into it, or talking/rapping into it.

Tried googling around but couldn’t find anything. Does anybody know what’s up? They uploading on YouTube or something? Just purely curious.
