Serving/ Bartending in Houston

I just moved to Houston alone for college. I have a bit of money saved up but I’m going to need something soon. Seeing lots of applications open on Indeed but word of mouth is always better. Anybody have any recommendations for restaurants here that pay liveble wages? Maybe ones that care about their employees at least enough that they’re willing to fake it😋

Preferably in Uptown/Galleria/Montrose/ Midtown/ South area
