Service for Mini Cooper?

Hi friends, wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a mechanic who services minis? I’ve had the car since august and the brake light came on the other day, I got it from Mercedes Benz greenway and they said they didn’t keep mini parts on hand and recommended I go somewhere else for service bc their diagnostic check alone is $275 🙁
