Server stuff

Hi! I’m new to Houston and looking for a server job. I have recently gotten a job at melting pot as a server but haven’t started yet. I also have an interview at taste of Texas soon, and I am a little more lenient because they seem very Christian focused and conduct drug tests, which I am clean but a little uncomfortable with an employer caring this much at a lower level job like a server. I am interested in your opinions and if anyone has served/worked at either of these restaurants .
