Serious question – why don’t cops do anything about the prostitution on bissonett street?

Serious discussion, no jokes please.

Everyone and their mom knows what goes down on bissonett.

So why doesn’t HPD do anything about it?

Edit: someone says HPD profits from it. How though? Is there any evidence?
