Sending a package to a mailbox in Houston. { HELP}

Hello, I'm sending an international package to my gf in Houston, i have rented a mailbox and notarized the 1583 form which let's the mailbox rental place to receive the package on my behalf… I have bought from Amazon before and they just leave the package on her front door, so I'm wondering if after the package arrives on the mailbox rental place, is there any way that i can forward that package and they leave it at her front door? Just like amazon does???

Can I use Uber Connect so someone can go and pick up my package and then deliver to her house? Do you think they would accept that? I think i wanna send first and then ask them after i send… Because chances are they wouldn't deny that if i have no other options right??? Like they wouldn't just destroy my package or something, so like after some time of having that issue wouldn't they help me? Since I'm gonna authorize them to give the Uber connect driver my package and provide them with the name of the Uber driver in advance as well…

Can anyone that knows about this help?
