Semi-formal birthday dinner suggestions?

Help! I’m looking for a semi-formal, slightly fancy/upscale place to have my birthday dinner. My requirements are that it has good vegan options (though not entirely vegan), preferably in The Heights or Montrose area (though I will look at all suggestions), and potentially serves good mocktails. I’ll also be highlighting any places with a private area to sit in.
