Self Defense Classes

Hi there,

I’m looking for recommendations for adult self-defense classes. For context, I’m a 35-year-old male, and a few years ago, I was unfortunately jumped by three individuals after walking outside if a gay bar. I’ve decided it’s time to build my confidence and preparedness in case something like that ever happens again.

I live in the Lower Heights near Washington and Studemont and work in the Memorial City area, so classes in either area—or somewhere in between—would be awesome.
