Self defense class for women/teens?

Are there any decent options for women’s self defense? I have a teen and I’d like to sign her up for something. Not martial arts training, more like a one day course where they teach young women prevention, awareness, disabling date rapists, etc. We do discuss it but frankly as a dad I don’t have a full understanding of the challenges young women face alone out there.
