Seeking someone to transfer my lease to.

To preface this I already posted an advertisement in the UH student subreddit. Also I am posting from the app so the formatting may be awkward.

I’m seeking someone (or a couple) to take my lease. There is one other person tied to the lease (a woman). The complex is Concord at gulfgate. The apartment is 1322 sqft 2bed/2bath. I’m preferably looking for a woman to take my spot at the behest of my roommate. The rent is 557$ per person utilities not included. W/D in unit, pet friendly and within walking distance of HEB, 8 minutes from TSU/UH. 12 minutes from downtown. If you are interested shoot me a PM.
