Seeking info on Club seating!

Hey everyone, I was hoping someone can give me some insight into how some of these club seating packages work? I can’t seem to find accurate prices or even specific seats? Appears to be just sections and never the seats specifically? I’m interested in Diamond club and Insperity Club seating. Mainly the cost and how I actually go about getting them? Any info is appreciated.
