Seeking feedback: Chimney Wildlife Houston

Has anybody used this company? We have a bird's nest in our porch about 20feet high. They quoted me a call out charge but no quote on how much it would cost to remove it + put up non-harmful deterrents.

Any feedback / insights on them? Quality of work, pricing etc.
