Seeking an honest analysis here… this has to be Singleton’s “last chance” right?
I mean come on. The stats have to speak for themself at this point. I’m trying to approach this analysis objectively like a front office analytics would and remove all bias and be ruthless with the data but it doesn’t add up. Can someone help me see what I’m missing?
Is this just a final case of “old school” baseball “feelings” from the front office. Bags style team building being forced?
I’m so quantitatively confused by this…
