Seeking advice on breaking lease w/Greystar properties
We’ve been at our apartment since mid august and our a/c has broken 3 times within the first month. This past weekend a loose hose on the kitchen sink flooded our apartment causing water damage on the flooring and baseboards. The leasing office personnel aren’t sympathetic and are giving us the run around, we are looking to get out of our lease without paying the reletting fee ASAP. Any tips or advice is appreciated!
