Sedona Square Apartments – anyone have any first hand experience with it?

Apartment has pretty good reviews on Google considering the area (close to bissonnet). Saw it last week and seemed safe enough (gated parking..onsite security..no noticable broken glass or damage anywhere) . Thinking about jumping the gun on it but wanted to know if anyone here has had any experience with the place
