Secure Bike Parking Downtown

I’d like to ride my ebike downtown for the parade tomorrow but I’m worried about it getting stolen or the battery jacked as it’s easy to remove with no tools. I would probably throw it in my backpack for the parade so that’s not really an issue.

Does anyone know of a garage with a bike rack? Or how to use those white pods that look like they lock down and fully cover a bike?
