Secular Community Discussion Group – Anyone Interested?

Posting here instead of Meetup in order to avoid a host fee.

Would any folks local to Houston be interested to attend a “pilot” for a discussion group centered on psychology and mindfulness? The goal is to create a secular community focused on the values of reason and compassion. I am thinking I will make the group an open discussion around a book (eg the writings of Seneca, Dostoyevsky, etc). I am thinking that we could meet biweekly at a local library.
