Secret Group – safe for teen?

13 year old has tickets to see a concert at the Secret Group later this month. It's an all ages show. Originally her adult cousin was going with her, but had to cancel. Trying to figure out if this is a safe environment for her to go with a same-aged friend? Alternative would be for her 40+ year old dad (ie, me) to go with her, but none of us really want that.

So those who have been to shows there before, is it a reasonably safe environment for a teen?
