Seafood and Steak near the Woodlands: Trulucks, Flemings, other?

My in-laws will be babysitting for a date night for husband and me. They live in Conroe so we plan to stay in their neck of the woods. Any recommendations for seafood and steak in the Woodlands/Spring area? Tris was highly recommended but not open on weekends. Thank you in advance.
