Seabrook to conduct assessment of Pelican Bay Pool facility

The city of Seabrook is trying to sort out the future of its Pelican Bay Pool facility, and as part of that effort, is entering into an agreement with Progressive Commercial Aquatics to conduct an assessment on the facility.
