Seabrook Driving Lessons

I moved down here from another state where I have a learner's permit. I need to learn how to drive since I'm still pretty weak. Can anyone recommend a good school or contact for this? I'm not sure what the process is, either, and I seem to find conflicting information online. Is my permit from another state valid down here? Do I need to live here for 90 days before applying for a permit? I'm 24 years old. I don't have family down here and I haven't got a car.
