Screwed by Frontier Utilities?

I made a contract for 12 months last year with Frontier Utilities and was ok with what I was paying. Now, after renewing the contract from July 2024-July 2025, they basically duplicated their rate and my energy consumption has been the same. They didn't even give me the usage credit they're supposed to apply when consumption is between 1000-2000 kW/h.

As seen in the pictures, rate went up from 11.1 to 22. I live in a small apartment and we spend all day outside.

Any better options?
