Scratch & Dent Appliances (near or around Chinatown)?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a place that sells RELIABLE appliances (like a fridge & washer/dryer) at great prices? Need to get the MIL a new set because her old ones broke down. I've never purchased from a scratch & dent shop and don't want to buy a lemon.
