Schnauzer Groomer??

I have a mini Schnauzer and it doesn’t matter where I go to get him groomed so far they keep messing it up. They will try to give him the skirt and I don’t want that or they’ll completely cut off his eyebrows and beard! That’s pretty much a breed standard! Does anyone have any suggestions? Even when I find a place that has good reviews they seems to not get what I want. So are there any schnauzer owners out there that have a groomer to suggest?? Because google is not my friend here.
