Scenic or pleasant drives to get out of the house!

I live around the UH area, and of course I’m social distancing with my husband and my 2.5 year old. We’re just going stir crazy and people have suggested a car ride. Can anyone recommend where we could go to maybe see something interesting or pleasant?
