Saw the aftermath of someone crashing into the AT&T off San Felipe and Winrock on my lunch break earlier today

How does this even happen??? There's a barrier and whole sidewalk they had to ram before hitting the storefront. The employees said the perpetrator drove off after they did this. I'm not sure if anyone was hurt or not
