Savoir owner to debut new speakeasy-style steakhouse in the Heights, open cocktail bar this spring
A new 38-seat steakhouse concept will debut March 11 inside the new American restaurant Savoir, located at 1344 Yale St., Houston, near the 14th Street intersection.
